The T-Mobile® Green Account. The Green Account combines three great ways to save paper in one no-hassle package: Paperless Billing, EasyPay and e-mail updates. They all save paper, and saving paper means saving trees. When you sign up, we'll plant a tree on your behalf with the Arbor Day Foundation It's free – and just one of the ways we’re making it easy to make a difference.*
We're Teaming Up to Recycle Phones
Last November, we banded together with Houston Rockets to recycle phones at home
games. We collected phones and rewarded participants with great Rockets merchandise.
The response was overwhelming—and we're still going strong. If you can't make it to a
game, just drop off the device you no longer use at a T-Mobile store near you.

T-Mobile handset recycling program, community service, 1,000,000 trees, paperless bills, payitgreen.com, greenhouse gasses, green account
Since 2006, the T-Mobile handset recycling program has generated $500,000 for community service. By 2009, the program will have planted 1,000,000 tress and moved nearly that many customers to paperless billing, reducing greenhouses gasses by 1.8 million per year. In addition, the program has safely recycled several hundred thousand phones.
